Call Center rates


The base rate are 0,60 €/min. (Only effective time, or talking time with agents). But we will need to consider some factors:


  • The learning period of the agents about a certain campaign.
  • Management time. Beyond the talk time of the call, if the agents must spend extra time doing other things.
  • First setup of new campaigns or modifications of the old ones.
  • Discounts for quantity of calls. they will apply over 1.000 calls.
